Karnice Wind Farm is located close to the Baltic Sea in the north-western part of Poland and has a total capacity of 30MW.

The 13 wind turbines each have a capacity of 2.3MW, and the annual production corresponds to the power consumption of approximately 45,000 households. DONG Energy is the sole owner of the wind farm.

Art Competition

More than 250 works done by children has been a part of “The Green World” art competition. The competition was a part of the inauguration of the wind farm in May 2010. The works are very creative.
