Welcome to Karcino

 

Karcino Wind Farm is located close to the Baltic Sea and has a total capacity of 51MW.

Karcino Wind Farm is the third DONG Energy wind project in Poland and also the largest wind farm in Poland to date. The other two wind farms are the wind farm Lake Ostrowo and the wind farm Karnice, which have been in operation since 2007 and 2009 respectively. Each wind farm has a capacity of 30MW.

Art Competition

More than 250 works done by children has been a part of “The Green World” art competition. The competition was a part of the inauguration of the wind farm in May 2010. The works are very creative.
