Across businesses, the industry, municipalities and organisations are confronted with how they plan to reduce their environmental impact. Therefore, DONG Energy has developed a concept offering individually adapted climate partnerships.

We find and assist in realising energy savings which reduce the partner's energy consumption by 10 per cent on an average basis. Partners, such as Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, KMD, Rockwool, Albertslund Municipality, Fredericia Municipality, Ballerup Municipality, Kalundborg Municipality, the housing association DAB, Boligkontoret Danmark, chocolate manufacturer Toms, The Society of Engineers, IDA, Codan Insurance, KLS Grafisk Hus, DGI-Byen and the foundation Fonden DBK, have spent these energy savings on purchasing renewable energy from Horns Rev 2, thus contributing to form a commercial basis for extension of wind farms.
