As well as the two turbines, a dedicated cable will be installed to transport the electricity generated from the project onshore.

The cable route will come ashore underground at Martello Bay Coach and Car Park, crossing West Road before turning into Wash Lane. It will then travel the length of Wash Lane and on in to Park Road where it will move eastwards to connect to the metering substation at Waterglade Retail Park.
