Q: What happens after the GRP 2008 two-way auction?

A: After completion of the auction, successful bidders will receive an information schedule to be completed and returned to DONG Naturgas within 5 business days. The schedule will include information on the amount to be stated in the Payment Guarantee, as well as give the successful bidder the opportunity to exercise the option for additional flexibility. Within at the most 8 business days hereafter DONG Naturgas will forward two copies of the Gas Release Contract (GRC) to the successful bidder, who within 8 business days must return the two copies duly signed by one of the persons stated in the Power of Attorney together with a valid payment guarantee. DONG Naturgas will return one copy of the countersigned Gas Release Contract and its valid payment guarantee within 8 business days hereafter.
