The offered 400 million m3 on will be divided into ten lots to be supplied over two years with a daily contract quantity (DCQ) of 669,041 kWh (approximately 20 million m3 per gas year) and with flexible delivery terms. The first deliveries in the Gas Release Programme 2008 is scheduled to begin October 1st 2008.

DONG Naturgas A/S (a subsidiary of DONG Energy A/S) will make gas available at GTF to the successful bidder while the successful bidder will make gas available to DONG Naturgas A/S at the chosen Redelivery Point. Both the successful bidder and DONG Naturgas A/S will make independent nominations before noon on the day prior to delivery.

The maximum daily rate at both the Delivery and Redelivery Points will be 110% of the DCQ and the minimum daily rate will be 50% of the DCQ. In absence of Force Majeure or the seller (DONG Naturgas) not making gas available, the minimum annual contract quantity at Delivery and Redelivery Points is 90% of DCQ multiplied by the number of days in the gas year.

As delivered quantities at the Delivery and the Redelivery Point can be different, payment between the parties for deliveries will be netted on a monthly basis.
