In addition to the flexibility included in the auctioned product, a successful bidder that has acquired an auction lot is free to choose either a higher degree of daily flexibility, annual flexibility or both.

Immediately after the auction the successful bidder can choose to decrease the daily minimum rate to any percentage between 50% and 0% of the daily contract quantity (DCQ), and/or to decrease the minimum annual contract quantity to any percentage between 90% and 0% of DCQ multiplied by the number of days in the gas year.

Once chosen, the reduced percentages will apply for the entire contract period to both deliveries at the Delivery Point and at the Redelivery Point.
