Thanks to our engagement in a wide range of projects in Denmark and abroad, we have built up considerable expertise with project management and the use of relevant project management tools for complex projects comprising numerous sub-contractors and contracts.

Our project managers have extensive hands-on experience in contracting, contract negotiations, and project follow-up in close cooperation with the owners and other consultants.

Project organisation
Our project organisation is set up according to the matrix principle, and the project work is carried out in self-governing large or small-targeted project groups headed by a project manager with the overall project responsibility. This gives a close and intimate relationship with our clients and the best allocation of our resources.

Contracting philosophy
The project process depends on the contracting philosophy chosen: turnkey or multi-contract approach. During our many years in the business we have become familiar with both philosophies, either according to the provisions of FIDIC, our own in-house customised commercial conditions, or the Danish general conditions for consulting services, ABR.
