The range of flexible benefits is increased on a regular basis.

The selection of available flexible benefits has the primary goal of supporting DONG Energy’s focus on health, environment and acquiring knowledge within the framework of the tax laws. The employees will achieve a financial benefit when choosing one or more of the flexible benefits, as the price of the benefits are deducted from their salary before tax.
