DONG Energy is active on the energy markets in Denmark, Sweden and Holland. The sales of electricity to end consumers in Denmark in 2010 amounted to a total of 7.500 GWh. 55 % of this was sold to customers that choose not to buy electricity on the free markets, but from DONG Energy’s power companies. The remaining 45% of the sales took place on free market terms to trade and private customers. On the trade market we offer individual solutions integrating counselling, energy consumption, optimisation and servicing of energy plants and the purchase of electricity and natural gas.
