In certain cases we use the pre-qualification databases Achilles, Sellihca and Connextio, replacing steps 1-3 of the general EU tender process described under ‘EU tendering, Annex XVII A’, cf. article 42 in the EU-Directive on Tendering.

In certain cases, we will encourage potential suppliers to register on one of these pre-qualification databases.

When one of these pre-qualification databases are used, the following tender process will apply:

1. The tender material is sent to the pre-qualified suppliers
By sending the tender material to the pre-qualified suppliers DONG Energy invites all the pre-qualified suppliers, at the same time and in writing, to submit offers, cf. article 47 in the EU-Directive on Tendering.

The tender material contains the terms and conditions of tender, the requirement specification and the contractual basis.

2. Evaluation of offers and negotiation
Participants are invited to take part in negotiations.

DONG Energy primarily uses the economically most advantageous offer as the award criterion, based on specific evaluation criterias and a weighting of these, cf. article 55 in the EU-Directive on Tendering.
