DONG Energy is subject to the Directive 2004/17/EC of the European Parliment and the Council of the 31st of March 2004 coordinating the procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal service sectors (hereafter refered to as "The EU-Directive on Tendering"). The tender process must therefore be carried out in accordance with this legislation.
