DONG Energy's construction of Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm between Djursland and the island of Anholt in 2012-2013 will be the result of a major cooperation involving many companies.

A large-scale construction project is the sum of all companies involved, and DONG Energy wants to work closely together with our suppliers to ensure the best quality and on-time supply.

During the intense installation period, employees with very different qualifications will be needed, and the coordination of all activities is decisive for achieving a good result – and for maintaining a safe workplace.

 Anholt Offshore Wind Farm will cover 4% of Denmark’s total power consumption with CO2-free power. DONG Energy’s climate partners help the project by pledging to buy parts of the renewable energy production from the offshore wind farm, and in this way they help expedite new renewable energy projects in Denmark.
