Key figures
The total production of gas and oil increased by 2% to 24.4m boe in 2010. The oil production increased from 8.5 to 9.0m boe. The gas production was on a par with the 2009 level.
The gas production, primarily deriving from the Norwegian Ormen Lange field, constituted 63% of the total production.
The increase in the oil production is a result of the commissioning of the Nini East field in Denmark, and increased production from the Norwegian Ula field.
In 2010, 21% of the total production derived from the Danish fields and 79% from the Norwegian fields.
