Practising Occupational Safety and Health

We believe that all accidents are avoidable. Therefore, we have designed our occupational safety and health (OSH) programme to promote these activities throughout every DONG Energy workplace and among every one of our employees.

Occupational safety and health play a key role in every decision we make regarding everything from new facility construction to work processes. To enforce this culture, we:

• Perform regular inspections
• Make workplace assessments (WPAs)
• Follow up on any employee-observed safety hazards to prevent eventual accidents
• Motivate our employees by involving them in our day-to-day safety processes, training sessions, and campaigns
