DONG Energy promotes a sound and safe working environment for all our employees, contractors, and partners though an operation-wide policy.

This policy ensures that we include OSH considerations as a regular, natural aspect of all our activities, ranging from day-to-day operations to projects such as establishing or expanding facilities.

Our OSH policy also requires us to continually:

Improve occupational safety and health by setting goals and following up on whether we achieve them
Base our goals on data collection and undesirable incidents analysis
Prioritise external suppliers and partners according to whether they have an OSH policy and abide by it.

Incident report
We use incident reports to systematically record observations, near-miss incidents, and actual accidents, and to learn from them.
