OSH Culture

Safe facilities and safety procedures alone cannot prevent all accidents, as we cannot control all human conduct. However, by nurturing a healthy OSH culture, we can greatly minimise accidents.

At DONG Energy, we are continually working to maintain and develop this culture in a number of ways:

• Pointing out hazardous situations so they can be rectified before they develop into actual accidents
• Motivating and training our employees through courses, campaigns, and daily involvement in our OSH efforts
• Awarding an annual Safety Prize of DKK 50,000 for an effort or idea that can improve our occupational safety and health
