Incident Reports

We use incident reports to systematically record observations, near-miss incidents, and actual accidents, and to learn from them.

Ongoing analysis helps DONG Energy determine accident potential, prioritise our actions, and make the necessary changes.

Reporting improves safety
Each year, we record a great number of ”observations” that are useful in helping us prevent accidents. Additionally, by tracking actual accidents, we improve our ability to prevent the next one. In 2005, we tracked more than 1,600 incidents.
