Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) Strategy
We place a high priority on promoting quality, safety, and environmental responsibility and try to further these causes in everything we do.

Customers
- Follow up on customer requirements, preferences, queries, and satisfaction to improve the quality of our products and services
- Advise on how to safely, efficiently, and eco-responsibly use our products, technology, and equipment
Employees
- Motivate, educate, and train employees and managers to focus on quality, safety, and the environment as an integral part of their work
- Maintain an OSH organization that enthusiastically and effectively improves occupational safety and health
- Involve our employees in setting goals and in discussing the results
- Encourage employees to suggest improvements
Impact
- Assess our workplaces on an ongoing basis to improve the physical and psychological working environment
- Continuously reduce our emissions, as well as reduce and reuse waste and residual products
Emergency response
- Maintain a coordinated emergency response system and optimise it through regular exercises
External suppliers and partners
- Adjust the requirements we make on our external suppliers’ management systems and performance, according to the associated order fulfilment hazards
- Educate our external suppliers and partners about our policy and attitudes and take steps to follow up on conduct, performance, and reporting
Ongoing improvements
- Draft specific targets, goals, and action plans
- Record, analyse, and evaluate performance
- Benchmark results with relevant sectors and companies
- Document, analyse, and evaluate relevant experience and undesirable incidents (including near-miss incidents and observations)
- Continuously optimise management systems relating to quality, safety, and the environment by analysing performance; correcting and preventing action; and through audits and management evaluations
Legislation, plants, and equipment
- Continuously identify and incorporate official requirements in every activity involving our existing and newly constructed plants and modified facilities
- Assess the best available technology (BAT) and best practises
Communication
- Conduct an ongoing dialogue with authorities and NGOs
- Report annually on quality, safety, and the environmental goals
- Inform neighbours and other local stakeholders about the effects of our activities relating to safety, emergency response, and the environment;
- Record, analyse and follow up on relevant queries from stakeholders
- Continually inform management and employees of our quality, safety, environmental goals and achievements
- Share knowledge and work together with sector organizations and other similar enterprises regarding results and best practises
