How We Work

DONG Energy is committed to acting responsibly in our strategies, ongoing decision-making, and day-to-day activities.

United Nations Global Compact member
As a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a voluntary corporate responsibility initiative, we continuously work to integrate positive principles relating to the environment, human rights, labour standards, and anti-corruption.

Representatives from all our business units form two committees dedicated to social responsibility:

• Committee for Responsibility and Identity
• Committee for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment

Each committee has a secretariat and several task groups and technical networks that gather information and implement actions.

Both committees report directly to Group Management and regularly contribute to the Supervisory Board’s agenda.
