Our Customer Service Centre is available 24/7 to help customers and listen to feedback, which we use to improve our service.
Other ways we assist customers include:
Energy savings advice. Our energy consultants helps customers conserve energy and reduce their energy bills. We also advise customers through our newsletters, magazines, and at www.dongenergy.dk.
Energy-efficient products. We sell environmentally sound household appliances and energy-efficient products.
Green Power Programme. We offer our customers the option of ordering Green Power for a minor surcharge. By so doing, they help us develop renewable energy sources.
