Interim financial report Q3 2007

The Supervisory Board of DONG Energy A/S has today approved the interim
financial report for the third quarter of 2007 with the following main items:

- Third-quarter 2007 revenue was DKK 7,224 million compared with DKK 8,948
million in the third quarter of 2006

- Third-quarter 2007 EBITDA was DKK 1,689 million compared with DKK 910 million
in the third quarter of 2006

- Third-quarter 2007 profit after tax was DKK 108 million versus DKK 643
million in the third quarter of 2006

- The Ormen Lange gas field, in which DONG Energy has a 10.34% stake, started
test production in September 2007 and commercial production in October 2007

- In August DONG Energy disposed its Spanish assets within renewable energy
(Energi E2 Renovables Ibericas, S.L.) to E.ON for EUR 722 million

- The full-year outlook for EBITDA is raised to approx. DKK 8.5 billion and the
outlook for profit after tax is approx. DKK 2.6 billion
