The scheme will be individually planned to match your academic qualifications, knowledge, skills and personal goals.
Professional and personal developmentMost of your development will take place during your day-to-day work in collaboration with experienced colleagues and in ongoing dialogue with your manager. In addition, you will participate in training courses and other development activities to support your professional and personal development and prepare you for tackling your assignments.
Establishing valuable networksYou will have the opportunity to establish unique and valuable networks with other graduates and colleagues throughout the organisation. We offer you an informal and attractive working environment with a focus on commitment and loyalty.
We offer recent graduates and graduates with up to one year’s work experience the opportunity to become DONG Energy graduates. You will follow a two-year scheme, where you will start by being attached to a business unit or one of our group staff functions. Here you will get the chance to try out your professional skills on ‘real life’ projects and problems.
The scheme is made up of six modules that include elements such as teamwork, understanding our business, problem-solving, presentation skills and change management.
Practical experience and developmentAs a DONG Energy graduate you will get a structured training programme after finishing your higher education. You will get practical experience at the same time as further developing your professional and personal skills. The scheme will give you industry-specific knowledge of DONG Energy.
Individual schemeThe scheme will be individually tailored and adapted to suit your specialist knowledge, your skills and your personal goals. You will do courses, team building and activities together with the other graduates. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training courses that are specific to your particular graduate scheme. You will be assigned a mentor, who will help you with the challenges confronting you.

We demand a lot from our graduates so you will be assigned a mentor who has been specially selected from within our organisation to help and support you on your way through your scheme. The content of your meetings with your mentor will depend on your needs.
