Employment Procedure
We try to make our employment process as smooth and easy as possible. Here are some of the typical steps you can expect at DONG Energy:
1. Application
After sending in your application, we’ll send you a confirmation within five days.
2. Invitation to an interview
After the application deadline, we review all the applications. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we would like to schedule a first interview or not. If not, you will likely hear from us after the position has been filled.
3. First interview
We recruit carefully and like to learn a lot about you while giving you a complete picture of the position available and about our company. The first interview serves as an introduction and helps us each decide if there is potential for a future relationship.
4. Second interview
The second interview is designed to help us agree on expectations. We focus on your qualifications and what you expect of the position, your future colleagues, and DONG Energy’s culture and values. We don’t want you to end up in a job that does not meet your expectations or is more demanding than you had thought.
5. Testing
In our quest to find just the right candidate, we often use personality tests during the second interview – and always when interviewing managers and specialists. We will always let you know your test results.
6. The offer
If the second interview goes well, we will make you an offer. At this time, you will also meet a consultant from our Human Resources department and the manager with whom you will be working.
