Graduate programme

DONG Energy is an ambitious and committed company undergoing constant development. As a result, we have to think innovatively, differently and across traditional thought processes, subject boundaries and business areas.
Our programme should be seen in that light.

Theoretical knowledge is of course important, but the ability to see beyond the academic achievements is just as important. This applies to us as a company as well as to the individual employee and graduate.

There are two aspects to the programme:

On the one hand, we can offer you an opportunity to test the scope of your education and optimise your personal and academic skills and ambitions.

On the other hand, we get an opportunity to create more synergy, consistency and innovative thinking in our company by educating key employees that can make a difference to the company in terms of business opportunities as well as competences.
