Applications is responsible for applications, platforms and tools that are being used in specific business units as well as generally across DONG Energy
We work within the areas: ERP & Customers, Web & Production, and Trading IT.
ERP & Customer has the responsibility for development and maintenance of systems and applications supporting enterprise resource planning and management processes regarding finance and HR processes, as well as customer processes regarding sales and services.
Web & Production is an organisation specialised in advanced software development and application management. Our portfolio is widespread internally in DONG Energy as well as across DONG Energy partners and customers. We also work with web systems such as our intranet, dongenergy.dk and dongenergy.com.
Trading IT is a business driven development and support organisation working with value chain activities within Energy Markets and risk management.
Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the overall architecture of the IT infrastructure in DONG Energy together with establishment, operation and support of the common infrastructure.
We support projects throughout their lifecycle with services related to infrastructure. We co-ordinate, report and optimize operation services. We design and deploy desktops and printing concepts throughout the organization.
Our Service Desk is responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support to all end users, procurement of it-equipment, user rights administration, the Incident Management process, and reporting on performance.
Projects is responsible for managing DONG Energy´s portfolio of IT-based projects.
We strive at improving our business within the areas it already does well - among other things by being the best at managing IT projects to successes.
We focus on efficiency and value creation as well as effective relations and desired results and we use our IT project model and tools to ensure streamlined projects / programmes and excellent results.
