Why DONG Energy?
I enjoy the many new and ongoing challenges in my work here.

I initially joined DONG Energy in 1991 while still a student and I had a work-study position for two years. After a couple of years away from DONG Energy, I returned to work with gas market contracts.



Close to all business processes
A few years later I was offered an executive secretary position. Over the next 18 months I was involved in all the business processes related to exploration and production of oil and natural gas. Since then, I have been an asset manager in charge of a number of commercial negotiations and acquisitions. Today, I am a department manager responsible for strategies, business development and mergers and acquisitions.

MBA led to a management career
Along the way, I also performed managerial tasks and was able to further my career by completing a two-year MBA programme. The MBA degree upgraded my professional expertise and I was given the opportunity to apply what I learned immediately.
