 Why DONG Energy?
It is always nice to be here. Not many days are alike  since I get to visit a lot of the other locations and meet many nice and committed colleagues across the company.

 

14 years of exiting challenges
I have worked for DONG Energy for 14 years. I started out in the Purchase and Export department, then moved to the legal department after 18 months, where I stayed for six years. I am a bilingual secretary in English and German and while I worked in the legal department, I passed training as a legal assistant. It was the tasks in corporate law that inspired me to pass further education. After that I moved to the Supervisory Board secretariat, where I handled the paper work for board meetings and general meetings. After six years in that position, I moved to Group HR one year ago.

A place of many opportunities
I am a secretary to the HR director and that involves participation in HR managers meetings, HR terms meetings, and meetings in the Group joint consultation committee, where I take the minutes and perform various ad-hoc tasks. It is a very exciting place to be, because a lot of new projects are initiated here, such as the Employer Branding Academy for our managers and a number of other initiatives. Also, I am part of a network for HR assistants. It is exciting to meet and discuss things with peers working for other companies.
