Charter for more women in management

"We have many female managers today, but I don’t think we have enough. I believe it is healthy for a company’s working climate to have a good mix of the genders and DONG Energy would benefit tremendously from being impacted by various types of skills and different ways of seeing and tackling problems.

For this reason, I have signed a charter for more women in leadership – an initiative launched by the Danish Ministry of Gender Equality, because I believe that we as a company should be a frontrunner in this area.

We have also launched network groups and other concrete initiatives across the organisation, which you can read more about here. These initiatives are to ensure that we meet our target of more women in management at DONG Energy."
